TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Free of charge delivery to any part of Sofia in working hours. Otherwise –charge of 10.00 euros for delivery in Sofia.

Outside of Sofia – the customer should pay for the fuel in both directions and a charge of 20.00 euros for delivery.

Payment is possible only on the day of delivery or before cash or with credit and debit cards/Visa, Master/Euro cards, Borica/. Payment by bank transfer is also possible.

The fuel is not included in the price. When delivered, the car is with full petrol thank and it should be filled before turning back. Otherwise there is a charge for the missing fuel of 1.50 euros per liter.

The deposit is obligatory when renting each of the cars except if rental includes driver working for the rental company, and will be refunded upon return of the car in the same condition it was delivered. In case of damages or breakdowns that are customer’s fault, we take the amount which can cover them. When the deposit is not enough to cover all the damages, the customer should pay the extra.

The driver should be over 20 years old and wit practice in driving minimum one year. Necessary documents for rental are originals of the passport and driving licence.

The insurance is not valid in the following cases:

- Damages of the under car body, tires and wheel rims, not caused by fire or accident;
- giving the car to third person who is not mentioned in the contract, racing or driving under influence of alcohol and drugs;
- missing report of the police;
- when the car is stolen with the key and documents in it;
- driving outside of Bulgaria without the permission of “Mobix” Ltd.
