CDW (Collision damage waiver) insurance - exemption from liability for damages. Released from all responsibility in case of damage. Does not apply to damage to tires, wheels, chassis and interior. Does not apply to drugs, alcohol or other drugs, and failure of the law on road traffic.

VTW (Vehicle Theft Waiver) insurance - discharge for theft. Released from all responsibility in case of theft. Applies to provide evidence of theft from CT and mandatory return of the documents and keys.

TERMS

Tenant requirements:

1.1. Hold a valid driving license with minimum 2 years experience.

1.2. Identity document - ID card or passport.

1.3. Aged 21 years.

1.4. When signing a lease car renter must provide originals and copies of driving license and identity card / passport

Rental period:

2.1. Minimum rental period - 24 hours.

Delay in returning the car:

3.1 If the vehicle is returned after the expiry of the contractual period of one hour is free.

3.2.In case of delay from 1 to 4:00 renter is charged 50% of the amount for a full day.

3.3.Returning the vehicle by more than four hours late Lessee shall pay full rental day.

Prices and payment

4.1.All rates in the pricelist are final in Euro.

4.2. Renting is based on the price to use for one day, down in price list.It should be paid upon receipt of the car after signing a rental agreement and acceptance - between the Lessee and Lessor.

4.3. Lessee shall pay a deposit referred to in the lease, the amount of which depends on the class of car. After returning the car to release the deposit. Upon finding small loss or damage, and in case the vehicle is out of fuel or less than stipulated in the acceptance protocol, the total value is deducted from the deposit.

4.4. Payment can be done:

4.4.1. Cash on delivery of the car

4.4.2. by credit card at the point of delivery on the mobile POS terminal. Credit cards accepted -  VISA, MASTERCARD, JSB, MAESTRO, BORIKA

4.4.3. by bank transfer

4.5. Payment of the deposit can be done:

4.5.1 Cash upon signing of the contract and the vehicle delivery to the Renter

4.5.2.Through authorization of the customer's credit card 

Delivery and collection of the vehicle:

5.1. For the region of Sofia for rental for more than two days during office hours from 8:30 h. -19:30 H. - FREE. When renting a car and returning overtime there is a fee of 10 Euro.

5.2 Outside Sofia. Please contact us and make an inquiry.

Fuel:

6.1. The car is supplied with a full tank.

6.2. The price of car fuel is not included, it will be charged separately by the Lessee.

6.3. Upon returning the car with the missing fuel the Lessee pays the missing fuel at € 1.5 per liter.

Driver hire:

7.1. While providing the driver from the company "Mobix" LTD customer pays 20 Euro per day in Sofia and accommodation expenses when traveling outside Sofia.

Additional equipment:

8.1.Baby seat - FREE

08.02 Snow Chains - FREE

8.3. GPS navigation - apply a fee for the day.

Technical problems:

9.1. If a technical problem the lessee should contact "Mobix" Ltd. on the phone numbers listed in the contract.

9.2. In case of technical problem (a fault of the Landlord) within 12 hours (Sofia) and 24 hours (for Bulgaria) will provide free replacement car. When an accident or malfunction caused by the LESSEE independently of us can deliver car by bear costs for delivery and price.

Traffic accident (RTA)

In case of accident, renter must first call the phone company recorded in the contract then the CT

Car insurance does not cover the following cases:

damage to the undercarriage of the car, tires and wheel rims, not the damage due to accidents and / or force majeure;

control of the vehicle by a person who is not entered into the lease or incompetent person;

use the car for racing;

control of the vehicle by the customer while intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic drugs or strong;

intentional acts or gross misuse of the vehicle;

if the client does not have a report from the police accident has occurred and / or performed on or theft of the car;

car is stolen with the registration card and / or keys;

If driving outside the country without the express written permission of "Mobix" LTD.
